Terms of Service

This website presents heating products for business enquiries under the VELHEAT brand. It does not provide online checkout. The quotation, specification and order documents accepted in writing for a project define the contracting parties, supplied product and commercial arrangements.

1. Website Use

Use the website and contact channels for lawful business purposes. Provide accurate information when discussing a project, and do not interfere with website operation or send malicious files. Browsing a product page, clicking an email link or sending an enquiry does not by itself place an order.

2. Product Information

Website descriptions, reference photographs and product-form illustrations explain general constructions, applications and selection considerations. They do not replace the specification for a particular assembly. Confirm dimensions, materials, electrical ratings, temperature limits, interfaces and required documentation in the written project documents. A reference image or general technical article is not evidence of a product-specific certification.

3. Quotations

A quotation is based on the application information and configuration under review, including materials, dimensions, electrical duty, quantity, documentation, packaging and delivery requirements. The quotation should identify its scope, currency, validity and applicable charges before a purchase commitment or charged work begins. Changes to the requirement may require a revised quotation, which should be confirmed in writing.

Define the Included Costs

Confirm the product price and any applicable sample, development, tooling, testing, packaging, freight, tax or other charge. A requested activity is not included merely because it was mentioned during an early discussion.

4. Samples

Where a sample is required, agree its purpose, construction and evaluation criteria before preparation. Sample fees, preparation time, delivery charges, revision scope and any related commercial treatment are confirmed for the project. Identify sample approval and any requested changes in writing. A sample does not replace the agreed electrical ratings, operating limits or required technical documents.

5. Orders, Payments and Changes

An order proceeds on the basis of the documents accepted in writing by both parties. Those documents identify the contracting parties, configuration, quantity, charges, payment arrangements and conditions for starting work. Order quantities are agreed for each custom project; no single quantity or payment schedule applies to every product.

Confirm the Production Reference

Record the approved drawing revision and specification, together with the status of any required sample approval. Resolve outstanding technical and commercial conditions before authorizing the applicable work.

Request Changes in Writing

Raise a change or cancellation request as soon as possible. Its feasibility and any effect on cost or timing depend on the order stage, completed work and committed materials. Any revised scope, charges or schedule should be confirmed in writing before proceeding.

6. Project Materials and Intellectual Property

Supply only drawings, photographs, logos and other materials that you are authorized to share for the proposed project. Identify any confidentiality, permitted-use or ownership requirements before the relevant work begins. Sharing a file does not by itself transfer ownership of it. Any rights relating to project deliverables, tooling or public use of customer material should be stated in the written agreement.

7. Specifications and Tolerances

Specify the tolerances and acceptance criteria relevant to the selected heater. These may concern dimensions, resistance, output, connections, appearance or other agreed characteristics. The drawing and specification should state the applicable conditions and measurement references. General references to manufacturing variation do not replace the agreed electrical ratings, operating limits or safety requirements.

8. Packaging, Shipping and Delivery

Packaging, dispatch timing, transport arrangements, freight charges, insurance where applicable, taxes, customs responsibilities and delivery responsibilities are defined in the written order. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery commitment. Distinguish production completion, dispatch and transport time when agreeing the schedule. If a known change affects the planned delivery, its impact and the proposed next steps should be communicated in the project correspondence.

9. Inspection and Issue Review

Check the received goods against the agreed order and acceptance requirements. Report a suspected discrepancy, missing item or damage promptly to info@velheat.com, identifying the order, affected quantity and the issue. Include relevant photographs, measurements or inspection records so the matter can be reviewed against the confirmed specification.

Agree the Resolution

The appropriate response depends on the issue, supporting information, written order and applicable requirements. Confirm any corrective work, replacement, return or other resolution in writing. Do not return goods before the return instructions and responsibility for related costs have been agreed.

Custom-Order Requests

Changes of requirement, cancellations and return requests are reviewed under the project's written terms. They should be distinguished from a report that the supplied goods do not meet the confirmed specification.

10. Responsibilities

The accepted order defines the responsibilities for the supplied heater, its interfaces and any associated project activities. Requirements for controls, installation and operation must be coordinated with the selected assembly and its documentation. Responsibility for an issue and any resulting remedy are considered under the written agreement and applicable law.

12. Questions and Disputes

Raise a project or order concern in writing and identify the relevant documents and requested clarification. The parties should first use that information to discuss the issue and possible resolution. Any further dispute process follows the valid terms of the accepted agreement and applicable law. This page does not designate a court, arbitration body or governing jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

These website terms may be revised to reflect changes in the site or its business enquiry arrangements. The current version will be available on this page. A later website revision does not automatically replace the terms of an already accepted order; changes to that order require the applicable written agreement.

14. Contact Information

For questions about these terms or a project discussion, contact VELHEAT. Include the relevant quotation or order reference where one exists.
